With Love from Italy: LA STRADA Charity Concert

The LA STRADA concert takes you under the Italian sky, featuring a selection of the finest Italian music. The Italian repertoire is a perfect fit for Jyrki Anttila's voice, and he greatly enjoys performing these songs. The concert offers a delightful collection of Italian songs, ranging from opera to entertainment. On the lighter side, you’ll hear songs like Volare, Guaglione, Tell Him, and Maruzella, while the opera selections will include La donna è mobile, Nessun dorma, Funiculì Funiculà, Mamma, Bella Notte, Mattinata, ’O Sole Mio, and Con te partirò. Last year, in 2023, Jyrki Anttila received two significant cultural awards. In November, he was awarded the Beniamino Gigli Prize, and on Independence Day, the President awarded him the Pro Finlandia Medal of the Order of the Lion of Finland.
