Gift cards

Korundi Gift Card

The Korundi Gift Card can be used on-site for concert and exhibition tickets, at the Korundi Shop and for treats at Korundi Kitchen & Café. The paper gift card is valid for one year (1) from the date of purchase, and the amount can be used in parts. The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is available for purchase at the Korundi ticket sales.

Korundi Digital Gift Card

The Korundi Digital Gift Card serves as payment for concert and exhibition tickets as well as for intermission refreshments on the website korundi.lippu.fi. The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and the amount can be used in parts. The digital gift card is available for purchase on the website: korundi.lippu.fi.

Korundi’s ticket sales

Ticket sales & Lippu.fi online shop

Tickets for all concerts and events at Korundi are available from our ticket sales and korundi.lippu.fi online shop. Tickets can also be purchased from Lippu.fi sales channels and the Lippu.fi phone service. The ticket price includes a service fee.

You can make ticket reservations via email: info@korundi.fi or through the Lippu.fi phone service: 0600 900 900 (€2.00/starting min + local network charge).

Reserved tickets must be redeemed one week from booking and group tickets two months before the concert.

The ticket price includes a service fee:

  • 0–14.99 €, service fee 1.50 €/ticket
  • 15.00–29.99 €, service fee 2.50 €/ticket
  • 30.00–49.99 €, service fee 3.50 €/ticket
  • 50.00 € or more, service fee 4.50 €/ticket

Means of payment and vouchers

In addition to cash and bank cards, the following vouchers are accepted as means of payment at Korundi’s ticket sales: Smartum, Virike, Tyky, ePassi and Ticket Virike.

Concession tickets

Personal assistants are entitled to free admission to performances, concerts and exhibitions. We charge a service fee 1,50€ / concert ticket.

Proof of entitlement to concessions must be available and presented upon request. If required, minors must present an identity card to the event organiser if there is an age limit for the event. 

Kaikukortti-card

With the Kaikukortti card, you can redeem a free ticket for exhibitions, concerts by the Lapland Chamber Orchestra and concerts of the Lapland Music Institute. The Kaikukortti card is not accepted for other events and concerts at Korundi.

You can also use the Kaikukortti card to get free tickets for children under the age of 16 who belong to your family for exhibitions or concerts that you are also attending. A limited number of Kaikukortti tickets (17 tickets) are issued for each concert and final rehearsal of the Lapland Chamber Orchestra at Korundi, so we recommend getting your tickets quickly. We charge a service fee 1,50€ / ticket.

Cancellation policy

We recommend using only official and secure ticketing channels.  Korundi is not responsible for tickets purchased through non-official channels or for any additional costs incurred.

Paid tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

If the concert is cancelled, the ticket price (excluding delivery and service fees) will always be refunded in exchange for the ticket. Korundi,  Lippu.fi or the event organiser are not responsible for any other expenses.
