Where can I park?

Parking in front of Korundi’s main entrance is free of charge within the fenced area. Please note that parking spaces are limited, and some are reserved for staff. Additional parking is available at the nearby Revontuli shopping centre.

Does Korundi have a cloakroom?

Korundi offers a free self-service cloakroom and lockers in the lobby area. Please note that Korundi is not responsible for items left in the cloakroom.

Can I take a backpack or bag into the exhibitions?

Backpacks and large bags must be left in the cloakroom during your exhibition visit. While moving through the exhibitions, a backpack or larger bag might accidentally bump into other visitors or artworks. Larger suitcases can be left at the ticket desk during your visit.

Can I bring a stroller into the exhibitions?

Yes, strollers are permitted in the exhibitions.

Is there a childcare room at Korundi?

The childcare room is located in Korundi’s lobby. A stroller is also available to borrow.

Are pets allowed in the exhibitions?

Pets are not permitted in the exhibitions. However, certified guide and assistance dogs are welcome when assisting their owners during the visit.

Is free Wi-Fi available at Korundi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout Korundi.

 

Visiting Rovaniemi Art Museum exhibitions

Can I take photos or videos in the exhibitions?

Photography and video recording for personal use are allowed in the exhibitions. You are also welcome to share your photos on social media. Don't forget to tag us: #korundi @korundihouse.

Is there an audio guide for the exhibitions?

There is no audio guide available. Instead, visitors can use a free digital visitor guide.

Are guided tours available?

The Art Museum regularly organizes public guided tours of its exhibitions. Dates and times can be found in our event calendar. Public tours are included with an exhibition ticket or Museum Card. Groups may book a guided tour separately for a mutually agreed time. More information about guided tours for groups here. 

Can I bring food or drinks into the exhibitions?

Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibitions.

Can I visit the café and then return to the exhibitions?

Yes. You may visit the café and return to the exhibitions by showing your admission ticket at the ticket desk.

 

Gigs, Tickets

Where can I buy tickets for gigs and events?

Tickets can be purchased from Korundi’s online ticket shop (korundi.lippu.fi), the Lippu.fi online store, the Lippu.fi telephone service, Lippu.fi ticket outlets, or the Korundi ticket desk. Please note that tickets purchased at Korundi are available only for events organized at Korundi.

Can I reserve tickets?

Ticket reservations can be made by email at info(at)korundi.fi or through the Lippu.fi telephone service: 0600 900 900 (€2.00 per started minute + local network/mobile charge). Reserved tickets can be collected from Korundi or any Lippu.fi sales outlet. Reservations must be redeemed within one week of booking. Group ticket reservations must be redeemed no later than two months before the concert.

Can I buy a gift card with cultural benefits?

Korundi gift cards can be purchased using cultural benefits (Epassi and Edenred). However, gift cards are personal and may only be used to pay for the cardholder’s own ticket.

Can I change my seat?

Seat changes are generally not recommended, as tickets are assigned to specific seats. If necessary, seat changes can be arranged through Korundi’s ticket desk. A service fee will apply.

Is there an intermission, and how long is it?

The possibility and length of an intermission depend on the event and its duration. Information about any intermission is usually provided in the event details. Unless otherwise stated, intermissions are approximately 20 minutes long.

Do I need to pre-order refreshments, or can I buy them on site?

Refreshments can be pre-ordered through the online store. Korundi’s restaurant opens one hour before the show, and intermission refreshments may also be purchased at the restaurant counter before the event, subject to availability.

Can I bring food or drinks into Korundi Hall?

Food and drinks are not permitted inside Korundi Hall.

Can I take photos during concerts?

Photography, video recording and audio recording are generally prohibited at events in Korundi Hall unless special permission has been granted.
