The hugely popular Art Thursday workshops continue in 2026!

Expect exhibition‑inspired, colourful workshops featuring a variety of changing techniques. Unless otherwise stated, the workshops take place in the museum’s art workshop space. Please check the exact location in each workshop description!

The workshops are free of charge and open to everyone. Seats are filled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

A fun self-portrait and portrait workshop where participants create faces on watercolor and gouache-painted shapes using markers. How does a portrait change when the starting point is a pre-determined shape rather than a conventional face?
