Ursula Herlin, a 42-year-old mother and a walking magnet for awkward situations, is juggling teenagers, mountains of dishes, and the joys of perimenopause.

Laura Haimila, Ursula’s “young” partner who is nearly 40, is cool, witty, and wonderfully sarcastic, except when she forgets where she left her keys. Again.

As a couple, they do what love does best: make you laugh, nod in recognition, and maybe blush a little. Couple of Things is a warm, honest, and cheekily funny look at a relationship with more humor than harmony, and that is exactly why it works.
